A brand new batch of Tropical Fire - we're giving this one the 'VIP' tag as it's got the first of this season's fresh harvest of our home grown superhot chillies, and well, it's really pretty hot - and just as delicious as ever!

After listening to your feedback, and gradually refining the recipe we're proud to announce that 'Tropical Fire' is our first 'Signature Sauce' - one which we will be able to produce more regularly & hopefully in larger quantities (as long as we can get enough Scorpion Morugas!).

To scale up production we've printed lots of professional labels, got a special pricing gun to note the best before date & batch numbers on the base, and found a great supplier for the glass bottles & all the packaging! And of course a beautifully sweet, flavourful hot sauce with a delicous hot chilli pepper kick to it! Thank you all so much for your support & wonderful comments!

We use lots of Scorpion Moruga 'superhot' chilli peppers in this one, and also plenty of smaller chillies too, which provide the more instant kick, (varieties called 'Rocket' & 'Ring of Fire') - but the aim with 'Tropical Fire' is a sweet, fruity flavour, but also upping the salt & savoury nature, to make it even more suitable for marinades and dipping!

Most people will probably still find it very hot, but it you're a seasoned chilli head you should be able to manage a few spoonfulls without blowing your head off. There's enough heat to satisfy anyone who loves hot flavourful sauces, but it's carefully balanced to let the fruit come out and make this sauce super tasty and versatile!

Our sauce is acidic enough to be considered 'shelf stable'. Best before 6 months. Once open keep refrigerated and use within 2 months.

In order to make the shipping process faster and simpler we also ask that if you would like to order aything else from the webstore please do it as a separate transaction (with the exception of any merch, T-shirts etc) as the bottles are already packed up in individual boxes, and shipping them with say, one 12" vinyl would end up with a bendy record once it reaches you! :-)
